2020年評價：
紅燒麵（80）湯頭濃郁，加了酸菜變的爽口，麵條份量蠻多的。
水餃（6元/顆）高麗菜清爽+全麥皮。
糕渣（80）很特別，感覺是含水量很多的蘿蔔糕，酥酥的。
辣乾麵（ 50）辣味鹹度剛好，很香。
燙地瓜葉（45）口味中規中矩。
辣油很香，不辣喉嚨，一定要品嚐。
整體餐點美味，吃葷也說好吃，價格偏高，是台北的價格。
UPDATE: Braised Stinky Tofu (100) is super tender and meat eaters rave about it. Next time I come to Yilan City, I must eat again.
2020 Evaluation:
Braised Noodles (80) The soup is rich and refreshing with the addition of sauerkraut. The amount of noodles is quite large.
Dumplings (6 yuan/piece) are refreshing with cabbage + whole wheat skin.
The cake residue (80) is very special. It feels like a carrot cake with a lot of water content, and it is crispy.
Spicy Dry Noodles ( 50) has just the right amount of spiciness and saltiness, and is very fragrant.
The hot sweet potato leaves (45) tasted quite satisfactory.
The chili oil is very fragrant and does not irritate the throat, so be sure to taste it.
The overall meal is delicious, and the meat is also delicious. The price is high, which is the price of Taipei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are staying in Yilan for 5 nights and we have eaten at this vegan restaurant twice (and will be back again). The boss really has unique flavours for his dishes. We liked every dish: whole wheat dumplings, spicy pasta noodle, Japanese ramen noodle soup, and eggplant! Really delicious and you can tell the chef puts a lot of passion into his cooking. Also, the restaurant is very clean inside!
