★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 租車的時候告知說如果店打烊之後可以打客服專線，結果過年晚上六點多打客服電話竟然不通，而且打店面電話也都沒人接
隔天早上店員主動聯繫卻是詢問還車的時間會不會延遲，感受很差！反應之後才說連假期間客服也會休息！所以如果有道路問題到底要找誰？傻眼至極！
When I rented a car, I told you that I could call the customer service line after the store was closed. As a result, I couldn't get through to the customer service line after 6 o'clock in the evening of the New Year, and no one answered the phone call from the store.
The clerk took the initiative to contact the next morning, but asked if the time to return the car would be delayed, and I felt very bad! After the reaction, they said that even during the holiday, the customer service will also rest! So who do you turn to if you have a road problem? Absolutely dumbfounded!

這次租平日Toyota Vios一天$1500，車況非常好，車內車外都很乾淨漂亮，也無異味！
不得不說，車況真的跟iRent的level天差地遠，尤其最近iRent積分規定很多（偷抱怨）更令人感到不悅，以後都會跟聯邦租車租車??

I have to say that the condition of the car is really far from the level of iRent. Especially recently, there are many iRent points regulations (secretly complaining), which is even more unpleasant. I will rent a car with Federal Car Rental in the future??
