★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First meal in Taipei and it was super amazing! Friend had the popular beef noodle soup and I tried the dumping in beef soup. Hard to describe the flavors that are presented but it is rich in flavor as well as complexity. Location has been in business for over 40 years and can tell they perfected their craft. Very well priced. 550 with shrimp roll and two small sides and 2 beers. Roughly $17 USD. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taiwanese beef noodles with lot's of alternative options for non beef eater lik myself. Tried their crispy chicken leg noodk, with pork broth. Love the fact that they offered broth other than those made with beef. Hubby had beef noodles and liked it too. So yes, recommend you go and try it out yourself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was quick and the staff was super friendly. Beef is tender and the soup is clear and light. Chose the wide noodles, it was easy to chew and with a springy texture. There are also side dishes to choose from.
Overall the noodles was good.

Half beef tendon half beef brisket with thick noodles: tasty soup! Brisket could be softer. Noodles were delicious. Overall a solid bowl of beef noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hearty and delicious dining experience here. We were quickly ushered to our seats and the english menu on our table made it easy for our ordering of food. We ordered the shop's signature beef tendon and meat noodles and beef rice. There are condiments to enhance the beefy broth to your liking placed at a small corner of the restaurant. The noodles were slightly on the firm side, which I usually prefer. Overall, I enjoyed the meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice local beef noodle shop. This restaurant provides hand cut noodles (Sword noodles) which is different to others. The plastic coated menu is used as an order form, so write the number of dishes you want at a specific item, choose normal noodle or sword noodle (only when choosing the noodles) and give it to a waiter. There is also daily dishes available which are displayed near the entrance.
Overall the food taste ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dumpling are delicious. The beef noodles taste not bad one thing is the portion is big not like other shop too small portion. I like the beef meat, tendon, belly... All are delicious. The chili sauce is nice also.
