★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兒童室冷氣只開放到下午五點?超過時間不能開放 還需達28度以上才能開，但管理室卻一直開著且冷氣開超冷 讓小孩滿身是汗 大人卻冷氣吹到飽吹到爽 什麼道理啊！爛管理爛建設！
The air-conditioning in the children’s room is only open until 5 pm? ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 它不是公園，而是大樓社區(也是個人住處)在南側有一處小型兒童公園，門禁很理想、管理適中，周圍大樓林立、永康警分局、消防分隊、婦幼醫院、中央圖書館及各商店、黃昏市場、診所不少皆在其周旁不出一公里。鬧中取靜極宜住家。
It is not a park, but a small children's park on the south side of the building community (also a personal residence). The access control is ideal and the management is moderate. There are many buildings around the building, the Yongkang police station, the fire brigade, the maternity and child hospital, the central library and various shops. Many markets and clinics are not one kilometer away from their weeks. It’s a good place to stay at home.

2. 大堂很溫馨，不走奢華風。
3. 附近都是滿新的社區建築，適合運動。
