★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這棟建築物不但外觀漂亮，管理員服務態度很好，住戶素質不錯，住的安心，這裡還有多項公共設施，在地下一樓有一個冷氣室可以堆放廚餘、垃圾和所有資源回收物品，非常乾淨，沒有異味，是一個理想的住宅環境，我經常到台北大學跑步、散步，生活機能好，有多家大、中、小型超市，小學、中學、高中都在附近，或許2013年捷運通車後，三峽到台北的交通會更便捷。
This building not only has a beautiful appearance, a good service attitude of the administrators, good quality of residents, and a peace of mind. There are also many public facilities. There is an air-conditioned room on the ground floor where food waste, garbage and all resource recycling items can be stacked. It is very clean and has no peculiar smell. It is an ideal residential environment. I often go to Taipei University for running and walking. I have a good living function. There are many large, medium and small supermarkets, elementary schools, middle schools, and high schools nearby. Maybe MRT Express in 2013 After the car, the transportation from the Three Gorges to Taipei will be more convenient.
