Great food and great environment!

I enjoy the atmosphere and the drinks I had it’s interesting and nice.

I have been here many times and always have a very positive experience. The environment is very charming and relaxing. The food and drinks are excellent. The sausage is especially flavorful and delicious. And the cat is so cute :)

One of the worst places I’ve been at At the moment of posting the picture, I’m still waiting for my food for 45 mins with the place being half empty while my partner received his food 40 mins later. Even the drinks came super late The staff are very inert, moving slowly The food doesn’t look like anything special as well so it was a waste of time.

One of the few coffee shop that I went for the first time and it made me want to go back again. Greta decor, friendly owner, great drinks, and really really adorable cat.

Welcoming staff and great food. I recommend you the brunch, it was delicious, fresh fruits and tasty bread. The coffee is great too. What I like about that place is the atmosphere and the fact that they close at midnight. It’s pretty convenient if you need a place to study or work.

Sorry I don't usually write a bad review unless it's a critical situation and it's justifiable to do. We, as my partner mentioned a few reviews down, we waited for our food for 45min. No drinks, the restaurant at least the front tables and back tables near the entrance were completely empty for the 45min we were there. Yet no drinks and food arrived. We were noticed that we were to leave by 12:45. Most of the ingredients should have been prepared before service (I also work in restaurant business) -Bread you don't cook it there. -vegetables \greens you don't grow them there before plating, do you? -yogurt: do you ferment it before serving it? No. -granola do you grow the oats and toast them? No. - salad sauce should be prepared before service. This thing should've taken no less than 2min to plate. If you start cutting your salad on the spot and making salad sauce on the spot then you'll receive these kind of reviews often because food will be delayed. If you know that your weekends are usually busy, YOU PREPARE BEFORE HAND AND NOT ON THE SPOT. I waited patiently for everything until you decided to write a very rude answer to my partner's review. If this is how you treat your customers, then you all better start thinking differently if you'd like to survive in such competitive environment. Good luck to you. PS: unfortunately I didn't take picture of the receipt and how the food looked like to justify how do we feel towards your service (because it's a self service we had to bring our own cutlery, water, napkins etc.) and poor time management. Edit: adding, 850ntd for a 45min waitfor our food, I think we should've been treated differently. Edit 2 in response to your answer to my review: believe me, I understand because the restaurant I run is busy too. And we do prepare not only ingredients but we also think of better ways to cater everyone and not let our own customers wait for 45min without any drinks\ food. It sure isn't France or any other country but that doesn't give you an excuse to keep improving. So just because, for example you're in France, you'd think differently and cater your customers in a proper maner, and because we're in Taiwan you'd just let people wait?. A few reviews down people have complained for the food arrival being this late. I mentioned about the ingredients because if it isnt freshly done there, then preparation and plating should be faster. 10min it's a normal wait but 45min is beyond limit especially when you've told us that we had to leave by 1245. You expect us to swallow the food in 10min? We wanted to enjoy and we were truly and honestly looking forward to simply have a nice and chill brunch. But the way you're answering it isn't the best approach. Sure thing customers may not always be right, I understand, but put yourself in our shoes. How would it feel to wait for your food 45min and then thinking, " I have to leave by 1245". Time management is crucial for your kitchen. It's an honest advice I give to you. Feel free to check my profile and I rarely leave a bad review. But when it touches my nerve, I leave a detailed and harsh review. On our visit we waited patiently. I did not even complained about waiting that long until my partner mentioned it to me. It's just something you all should think. 45min isn't acceptable for 2 dishes where most items on the plate do not need much preparation (bread already cooked, granola, yogurt, salad, sauce). A thing to consider to improve your business.

The vibe is super cool! The "cheese cake" is in fact. . . Cake and not so good. The fruit tea I got was twinings so also very 還好
