★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel staffs very friendly, there is golf cart to bring you around the resort. Hot spring tub is nice too. Nice evening activities for children too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked this place because of the pictures, yet they are all deceiving. The rooms are bare, huge bed but not a sofa or even a chair. Swimming area isnt as showed in pictures, much less interesting.
There is no food choices and it is quite expensive.
Late at night, the "bar" only offers beer but not snacks or finger food.
All in all, expensive and not worth the price paid for the accommodation. Wouldn't recomend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give 2.5 if there were a score like that. The rooms are pretty horrible, what saved it from 2 or lower were a 4 star dinner, gym with complete equipment and a nice pool and hot spring area. Stayed for a low price but wouldn't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible. Animal cruelty in their animal zoo - cheep and unoriginal kids entertainment (video games.. tv .. in a dark old musty room). Reserve so you can play is highly poor service. - rooms incredibly old - and free walking area is a death trap.
3.8 stars is FAKE - it’s more like 1 star. Please stay away!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room looks a little old and dark. The bathroom is next to the onsen pond, a small restroom and does not contact the bathing area. Wifi signal is not good. The breakfast is not tasty. Very hard sausage The taste is too tasteless. The atmosphere around the buildings looks beautiful but the inside of the building is quite old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t recommend the resort/hotel for family journey, if couple is with baby or children. Because the facility in the room is too poor. the amusement arcade is also small and poor. Swimming pool for children is pretty simple as super small, it’s no fun for children. The resort environment is not suitable to use a stroller, because uneven road and slope road. It’s very hard to push stroller on the way.
room service, front clerk service and restaurant service are good and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn’t bother with this place if you’re bringing a dog. They advertise as “pet friendly” but it ends at your dog being allowed in the room.
You won’t be allowed inside the cafe or restaurant unless your dog is in a cage. We had to wait longer to eat breakfast because the worker forgot we had a dog and let people without a dog take the outside seats.
