2022/5/8 晚上八點半到義大C區2樓該專櫃消費,當天的小姐是我遇過服務態度最差的櫃姐,我們買了3件衣服一頂帽子,介紹商品時一副愛理不理的態度,臨櫃付款時看到加入會員有送回饋金,問了一下規定,小姐冷冷地回:上面有寫自己看,看清楚。問停車消磁,再次冷冷地回:拿給門口就好,義大沒那麼先進,試問顧客有欠你什麼嗎?要不是商品家人喜歡真的很想直接放棄付款走人,若義大或life 8主管看得到這篇評論,請加強員工訓練,謝謝

Life8是我看過服務最優質迅速的品牌 話說8/13南下在義大住一晚,隔天8/14外頭下個雨攜家帶眷逛起購物廣場,來到C區life8晃晃看到一雙鞋試穿很舒服,心想現在鞋子都是東南亞或大陸製,而且潮牌品質不輸一線品牌想想就買了。 當晚行程走到台南,因下大雨將腳上穿的鞋子淋濕了,隔天穿上life8買的鞋,一路開心玩回台北。 從8/15~9/2這段時間因為好穿前後穿約4-5次左右,在9/2穿著騎機車上班時,看著機車踏板上的鞋子,ㄟ⋯⋯怎麼後腳跟那邊有縫隙,到公司後詳細一看,開掉了。OMG~ 穿的次數真的比路邊攤還不耐,那就用line@反應看看好了。 ⋯⋯分隔線⋯⋯ 當下line官方線上客服,給了我義大門市A區的line@,反應後很快速回覆也傳了當天消費明細,A區告知為C區門市所賣並給了C區line@。(就轉來轉去概念) 重點來了~ 我一樣用line給C區,7分鐘後看到回覆內容當下我感動了,感動的是態度而不是退換貨的事。 人員沒多問直接看完照片就表示請我寄回故障鞋子,收到後馬上寄回一雙給我,從9/2反應到9/7收到換新的鞋,處理的態度跟速度真的是以顧客為優先。 Life8C區王小姐,謝謝您對顧客的熱忱與態度,讓我對貴店的服務很喜歡也很有信心,有南下會再前往消費。謝謝。 想對life總部靠北邊一下, 顧客有反應問題應該於第一次就要詢問好紀錄下來請門市聯絡後續處理,而非只告知給我們門市的line@自己去反應,總部這樣很不專業,不能把顧客丟給第一線處理,自己置身世外。 第一線門市同仁很棒會為公司爭取品牌好感度,但千萬不要壞在你們這些遠在天邊的總部單位。

I went to Tainan on the trip that night, and the shoes on my feet got wet due to heavy rain. The next day I put on the shoes bought by life8 and had fun all the way back to Taipei. From 8/15 to 9/2, because it is easy to wear, I wore about 4-5 times before and after. When I was wearing a motorcycle to work on 9/2, I looked at the shoes on the pedal of the motorcycle. After I went to the company, I took a closer look at the gap and opened it.
