I didn't confirm it when I checked out, and I found out that I was missing a piece of clothing afterwards. Fortunately, I called the customer service and got it back. The service attitude is really good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯站了四個店員，有個顧客結帳遇到問題讓後頭排隊的人龍等了已經五分多鐘，閒置的店員依然沒有任何一人願意開第二個結帳動線，店家的教育訓練顯然很有問題。
There were four shop assistants at the counter. A customer encountered a problem with the checkout, and the queue at the back had been waiting for more than five minutes. Still none of the idle shop assistants was willing to open a second checkout line. Educational training for the shopkeeper Obviously very problematic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平均每年都到訪此店兩次、今年已經是第二年了。在台中的另外兩間分店甚至高雄的都從來買不到心頭好。 但這間很好逛的Outlet就每次都買到好穿、時尚及優惠的休閒鞋！
店長Andrew服務態度親切和有効率替我調貨及安排宅配。
I visit this store twice a year on average, and this year is already the second year. The other two branches in Taichung and even the one in Kaohsiung have never been able to buy it. But in this easy-to-go Outlet, you can buy well-worn, fashionable and discount casual shoes every time!
The manager, Andrew, has a cordial and efficient service attitude to adjust the goods and arrange home delivery for me.
