★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel. Great service. Helpful staff. Facilities are great. Breakfast are ok. Wish for yogurt and muesli for western visitors. Coffee was great. Rooms are need, comfortable and spacious. Rooms have great views.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent rooms for a good price. Not particularly close to the train station. The breakfast provided offers a small selection of food such as scrambled eggs, sausages, chicken nuggets and hash browns. There are also Asian greens, tofu, and other vegetarian foods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an okay hotel, would not stay here if it wasn't for my travel agency. If you want a boutique hotel, this is not it. The rooms are okay but lack outlets. The shower is nice but the breakfast is very Chinese. Mostly a hotel for Chinese tourgroups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was probably built in the 80s so certain parts look a little under the weather however the staffs perfectly charming attitude makes up for this as they are forever helpful and always smiling
We had a small problem with the air conditioning and the hotel reception came within 5 minutes and offered us an upgrade . They reception staff helped us pack and moved our suitcases The rooms are comfortable clean if you choose to can be made up each day so all is good
The breakfast is buffet style offering a selection of hot and cold Asian and European dishes it’s very good and you can eat as much as you like so we did
There is a pay per load laundry room with free washing powder to use, and only 10-15 min walk from train station

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ overall speaking, it's just fine. too noisy when group tour chk in and stay. breakfast is ok. cleaning staff is friendly/polite while counter staff is too routine to give you smile. car park is convenient for guests who drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ +++++ For the accessibility (really close to Hualien train station), comfortable atmosphere and cleanliness. Probably from outside it is not so reassuring that this hotel would be a comfortable place to stay, but once you got inside the room you will feel it is different. Fortunately our experience was really good. We got a clean, spacious room, though the bathroom is really cramped, but there was towel and toiletries provided so it is okay. A separate toilet is also there, and it even has separate 'room' for taking a coffee break. The drawback is that the food options for breakfast is limited and the taste is not really delicious.
