★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places to take your kids in Danshui. The space is large and there are 3 big places for kids to build legos, wooden blocks and fisher price plastic building pieces. It’s all free and has a comfortable AC temperature :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visit just before sunset or sunrise to get the most out of the views and breeze. A short bus ride away from tamshui old street 淡水老街 and directly connected to 情人桥. Recommended not to buy anything here because the old street has more to offer for a better price. Great place for photos and everywhere is open for you to sit down and relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here twice, and I love it. First time, my friend brought me here and we had a lot of fun together. Water is beautiful and clean. We took a cab here, and it is about twenty minute ride. Second time I came alone by bus, and I paid NT$30. The whole bus trip is NT$45 for 3 sections, but I only need to pay for two from my location getting on the bus. The bus number is 857, making sure for my third trip to come.
There is plenty of fun shops here, for games, for food, for drinks, for music, for paintings, etc. and it is nice to walk on the broad walk and take pictures of the Lover's Bridge on both sides. Remember not to miss the other side where the fish market is. You can take good pictures of the big red Love sculpture and around.
