1/25日下訂單，雖然知道過年前應該不可能到貨，因為不急，所以我也沒有刻意催詢。但是過完年後，一直沒有消息，而官網查詢顯示都是處理中，沒有任何進度。透過網路客服詢問進度，回覆大概進度後也就沒有下落，一直2/20日手機簡訊收到到貨通知。
將近一個月的時間，賣家都沒有主動告知進度。我不能說賣家有錯，或是不對，我尊重店家的營運模式，但是站在消費者的立場，我必須說，體驗感真的不好。
Not a very pleasant shopping experience.
I placed an order on 1/25, although I knew that it would not be possible to arrive before the New Year, because I was not in a hurry, I did not deliberately ask. However, after the New Year, there has been no news, and the official website query shows that it is in processing, and there is no progress. I inquired about the progress through the online customer service. After replying to the approximate progress, there was no whereabouts. I received the arrival notification through the mobile phone text message on the 2/20th.
For nearly a month, the seller did not take the initiative to inform the progress. I can't say that the seller is wrong or wrong, I respect the business model of the store, but from the consumer's standpoint, I must say that the experience is really bad.
