日子到了預定到貨前的一日,詢問明天是否確認可拿貨?
老闆回說因海關扣留清查等因素,過兩三天一定可到(此時已超過我們約定的日期)
我又再度相信了老闆,但其實老闆說可以拿到的日子已是活動日前一天,
過了一天再度詢問,老闆說包裹已收到,但我的貨被寄丟了,只能退款處理!?
姑且不論店家說的真實性,老闆處理態度一直是消極的,從頭到尾都是顧客主動詢問貨物狀況,即便超過了約定時間態度依然如此。更何況寄丟、清查等狀況都是店家自己再說,搞不好從頭到尾都沒幫我處理?如此無誠信的店家,真的建議大家購買前要三思
