★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃台小姐有待加強。今日初診櫃台人員給一張白紙請我寫地址跟電話,因為已經寫完初診單就沒另外寫上去,之後在位置上等了一會問她看診號碼,她就說是我自己沒拿號碼牌並告知我是四號,一開始她也沒告知我是幾號也沒說那張是號碼牌。後來等了十幾分鐘發現內科都沒叫號其他科已經叫了兩號,爸爸去問櫃台人員一開始還回說醫生還沒看完,結果是根本沒叫號,也沒道歉直接要我進診。已經很不舒服了還要遭遇這種事,心情真的很糟。
