The parking lot on the south side is towards the museum and passes through the visitor center. This viewing square is called Linshui Square. There is a shuttle bus every 20 minutes from the side of the square. Between the square and the museum, you can take a shuttle bus if the weather is hot. There is a toilet in the visitor center next to the square. Parking fees can also be paid at the visitor centre. Bicycles can be borrowed for free. There is an artificial lake between the waterfront square and the museum. The artificial lake is roughly divided into two parts, north and south. The south side is called Zhishan Lake and the north side is called Zhide Lake. The two lakes are connected by a falling waterfall. Zhishan Lake, which has a high water level on the south side, is a landscape lake, and the water level remains stable. Zhide Lake is used as an ecological flood detention pond. The courtyard is planned along the artificial lake with green corridors and garden roads, which can be walked and cycled. Looking from the Linshui Square to the museum, there is a scenic bridge across the lake on the left side named Zhimei Bridge. If you don't take a shuttle bus, you should enter the museum along the left. Along the trail north across the Lake District, you can enter the museum's second-floor lobby; in addition, there is another connection to the true bridge on the east side of the main body of the museum.
