★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bar at Ximen. Peaceful but not lonely, the owner is very nice, funny and friendly, he taught me some useful Chinese words. I recommend this place so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing & overpriced unfortunately. We had 3 drinks and some food, the mojito had no alcohol?! (but costs 380 TWD). Bar looks OK but service was below par, the barman was somewhere outside and we had to look for him to get another drink. The airco was set to freezing which we politely asked to change and he forgot (until we asked somebody else). And after that they charge 10% 'service fee'... (for which -overpriced- service?). I think they only care about money...
