Calling to inquire about air tickets, as written in the comments, the commissioner who answered the call had a bad tone, and there was no answer when he said that he wanted to inquire. I did not have this problem when I booked tickets in Taipei Lions many times before. It was kind and fast. I didn't expect the difference between the same Lions to be so much!
