★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在高雄搭乘飛機，因換開機票無法線上申請購票證明，打到高雄機場都無人接聽，只好就近打到台南機場，客服人員很親切幫忙開立購票證明並協助傳真影本，非常感謝不用特地在跑一次機場!
When I was flying in Kaohsiung, I could not apply for the ticket purchase certificate online because of the ticket exchange. No one answered the call to Kaohsiung Airport, so I had to call the nearest Tainan Airport. The customer service staff kindly helped to issue the ticket purchase certificate and fax the copy. Thank you very much for not paying special attention. Running to the airport once!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在要訂台南飛澎湖機票要去7～11便利商店買，或是去立榮航空公司買票，我去2個旅行社說他們現在沒有辦法買立榮澎湖飛機票，有一間說要護照不一定買得到，另外一間叫我去便利商店買，我不會操作要麻煩人家幫我操作，我打電話去台南機場立榮航空公司幫我訂機票，櫃台人員很客氣幫我訂位，訂好機位我去付3張台南飛澎湖機票錢 ，櫃台人員很客氣服務很好。
Now I want to book a flight ticket from Tainan to Penghu. I have to go to 7-11 convenience store to buy a ticket, or go to Unilight Airlines to buy a ticket. I went to 2 travel agencies and said that they can't buy a plane ticket for Unicorn Penghu now. One of them said that a passport is not necessarily required. I can buy it. The other one asked me to go to a convenience store to buy it. I didn’t know how to operate it and asked others to help me with it. I called Tainan Airport Lirong Airlines to help me book my ticket. I went to pay for 3 air tickets from Tainan to Penghu. The staff at the counter was very polite and very helpful.
