★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little spot inside the Blueprint Culture & Creative Park across from the Mitsukoshi department store. It's a bit farther in the back of the park.
The beef entree comes out with the raw beef slices arranged like a flower and then they pour the hot broth into the broth and cooks the meat. You can choose between a couple of different types of noodle. I got the wide noodle and loved it. The broth is tastes really good with the beef and it wasn't too oily. Highly recommend getting the beef pot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As suggested by the name of the restaurant, it is a hidden gem tucked in a secluded corner in the Blueprint Culture & Creative Park. Was impressed by the presentation of the beef noodle and thus probably created an unnecessary expectation which felt underwhelmed after actually eating it. Still a good bowl of noodle but probably not the best dish this place has to offer.

They have a variety of noodle menu and it all tasted pretty nice.
The Rosie beef noodle came up with shape of a rose which is perfect for girls to take picture! Then the staff asked if we want to record it when she approached to pour down how soup to boil the beef.
The noodle set menu came with tea , garlic rice, and a small veggie.
The price is pretty normal for Tainan city, would recommend to ppl who stop by!
