★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 柳川這裡的造景設計十分不錯，可能是因為工程分期，所以在台灣大道到民權路這段和民權路過後這段，造景明顯的風格有很大的區別；不過都一樣是非常適宜來這裡散心。
The landscaping design here in Liuchuan is very good. It may be because of the phases of the project, so the obvious style of landscaping is very different between the section from Taiwan Avenue to Minquan Road and the section after Minquan Road; but they are both very suitable for coming here. Relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 柳川在整治後成為一處非常棒的河濱公園，可以在這裡漫步，在台中市區裡也能感受到慢活的樂趣；這裡畢竟是屬於河道，在雨季期間，是禁止進入的，可千萬別擅自進入以免發生危險。
Liuchuan has become a very good riverside park after the renovation. You can stroll here, and you can also feel the pleasure of slow life in downtown Taichung; after all, it belongs to the river, and it is forbidden to enter during the rainy season. Do not enter without authorization to avoid danger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常棒的河濱公園，適合散步，不過不建議在夏天大中午時來，沒有太多可以遮陽的地方，不過這裡的景觀都是規劃的相當不錯，也很適合慢跑或是健走運動。
A very good riverside park, suitable for walking, but it is not recommended to come at noon in summer, there are not many places to shade, but the landscape here is quite well planned, and it is also very suitable for jogging or walking.

水池清澈乾淨，都可以看到有魚生活，到了晚上之後，這裡氣氛更棒。
