It is famous for the Yinghe Railway and is 904M above sea level. It is an unattended greeting station between the Alishan Forest Railway Independence Mountain Station and Jialiping Station. Near the station is the "Miqingtai" that both Prince Showa of Japan and Chiang Kai-shek visited. The place is condescending and has a wide view. In the past, hemp bamboo shoots were abundant here and they were made into dried bamboo shoots and exported to Japan.

等待下午最後一班火車經過以後，
會有不少攝影同好，聚集在火車隧道口，
等待夜晚的降臨，
大約晚上七點到九點，
正好是螢火蟲出沒的時間。
A good place to shoot fireflies in summer,
