★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surrounding quite clean and tidy. Facility is also in good condition. The place is also quite big to cater for bigger crowd, thankfully the time I visited not crowded at all. Staffs are professional and friendly, also very willing to share extra information. The pancake is really crispy and nice! Will recommend to visitors to Yilan, good for family and group bonding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice place that you shouldn’t miss out! The staff will teach and demonstrate how to make 蔥油餅 step b step. If you are not very skilled in making it, the staff will offer help. It taste really nice too!

This part converted farm teaches about the making "spring onion pancake". A famous Taiwanese snack.
Pay to learn how to make the pancake and bring back your art of work. The fees include the ingredients and equipment for making the pancake. An instructor will be assign to your group to teach you the process step by step. Your final "artwork" will be cooked by them and you can collect and savour on it. Entire process are conducted in mandarin.
Pay another small fee to venture to the farmland and learn how the harvesting process is. The fees include rental of straw hat and boots. Again...an instructor will be assign to you. A fun and educational session for the city dwellers.
