黃	黃瑜平 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一許是業務關係，大部分先處理旁邊麵包屋的結帳。實際點酒的客人被暫時擱置在一旁等麵包坊客人處理完才來。第二是想點old fashioned這樣的經典調酒，被告知沒有購置苦精。以飯店酒吧而言略顯輕率。第三是點了馬丁尼，問題過多。琴酒調製的馬丁尼居然用搖盪法而非攪拌法、搖盪過程過於隨便，邊搖盪邊處理其他事物，導致融水過多、馬丁尼杯沒有冰鎮升溫過快等等。事後問調酒師才知道應該是經驗不足，但許是知道經驗不足導致種種失誤，有嘗試想退費。希望飯店酒吧能夠有所整頓，讓年輕調酒師能好好歷練。 The first is the business relationship, most of which deal with the checkout of the nearby bakery first.
