★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 下雨的午後，來到麟洛巷子裡的麵包坊，取回預定沈甸甸的歐式酸種麵包，第一眼看到麵包烤後的裂痕，就很期待吃到的口感，回程的路上，麵包香充斥整個車上，讓我迫不及待。
第一片撕開的感覺，就是傳統歐式麵包的那種，很Q的筋麵粉?吃起來越嚼越香，我是不抹奶油和其他抹醬單吃的人，麵包口感真的很「豪麥」（麥香充斥口中那種！）很對我的胃，非常感動在台灣，尤其南部，終於吃到傳統歐式麵包了！
On a rainy afternoon, I went to the bakery in Linluo Alley and retrieved the heavy European-style sour bread. When I saw the cracks after the bread was baked, I was looking forward to the taste. On the way back, the bread was fragrant. Filled the whole car, so I can't wait.
The feeling of the first slice being torn apart is the kind of traditional European bread, very Q-gluten flour ? The more chewy it is, the more fragrant it is. I am a person who eats it alone without cream or other spreads, and the bread taste is really “ho "Mai" (the kind that fills my mouth with the aroma of wheat!) It suits my stomach very much, and I am very moved that in Taiwan, especially in the south, I finally get to eat traditional European-style bread!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 已2次回購了！用料特別，Local 季節食材，買過桑椹、紅蘿蔔核桃葡萄乾、洛神、甜菜、赤蔥..等等。
這次嘗試酸種肉桂好好吃啊！乍看笨笨的酸種麵體? 但是越嚼卻意外的豐富濃郁好吃！！酸種與肉桂好搭? 有種酸的青蘋果尾韻，入口咀嚼非常濃郁貌似很甜的甜感出來..但是其實是酸種的濃郁與糖的交織層次！

This time I tried sour cinnamon so delicious! At first glance, it looks stupid sour noodles ? but the more chewed it is, it is unexpectedly rich and rich and delicious! ! Sour seeds go well with cinnamon ? There is a kind of sour green apple ending rhyme, the mouth chews very rich and seemingly sweet, but it is actually the interweaving layer of sour seeds and sugar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知道店家到市集擺攤，不用到遙遠的本店，就事先預訂了。現場取貨還可以Linepay付款很方便，當場也很能感受到店家的熱情，不斷地介紹推薦。
之前其實有吃過類似的麵包，只能說個人沒有很喜歡。這次主要是為了肉桂捲訂購，味道真的跟一般的很不一樣，個人認為偏酸，口感則是偏硬。
當然喜歡這種類型的人，還是推薦可以多捧場，沒嘗試過的人也可以買來試試。
