該店服務人員Mina大概是我遇過整個信義區服務最糟糕的SA了,建議如果有遇到她的話可以直接換個人來服務。 之前問我有沒有想要的品項然後加了Line,因為買過Loewe衣服,想要跟買過的尺寸一樣於是選了三件衣服請她調貨過來。 某平日11點傳訊息告訴我三件衣服到了,我說那我安排個時間過去套看看,下午五點時告知我有兩件她賣掉了,問我什麼時候要過去試另一件,我提出疑問為何還沒讓我試過就賣掉,她說因為別人先付錢了,付錢的優先。 在各大品牌穿梭十幾年,每年都會投不少錢,在其他品牌我也是VIC,像Mina這種沒有誠信的業務人員我真的聞所未聞,據聞還是該品牌資深人員,直到現在一年來,能不進Loewe消費就盡量不進去,若走進去了只要看到她我就會直接閃過,偏偏服飾跟香氛只有微風南山有。 會造成客人逛個街心裡還要萬千猶豫,這種服務人員希望不要存在在精品品牌了,買東西要開開心心的,每次路過我還要防著實在感覺有夠差,真的進店裡看見這女人,不愉快的經驗就會反芻出來。 當時與店經理反應過後仍然覺得那些回覆很令人介意,但從來也沒有收到過這女人的歉意,除了Mina以外的人服務都好,就是別給她業績。

個人覺得服務馬馬虎虎,因為想要的商品只有這間店才有,也果不其然讓我買到他們所說的最後一件商品,感覺蠻幸運的。但是我回家檢查之後發現商品的線頭還是沒幫我處理好,還要我自己用線剪處理。然後服務我的那位銷售員有點不太機靈,我問她這邊有飲水機,她就說沒有,直接提供一瓶水給有購買的客人不就好了,頭腦不太會變通。反而是其他銷售員在她包裝的時候還會跟我介紹商品如何做使用,可以怎麼做變化。但銷售員服務本身態度無不妥,能夠再注意些小細節會更好。
