B棟4F 蝦皮打工經驗 停好機車要走一段路到B棟..(浪費了一些時間) 電梯門禁卡只有正職有..上下電梯只能等正職的刷(不然你只能走樓梯) 早上沒有休息時間..中午吃飯12點和13點分批..下午休息15點和16點..休20分鐘 重點來了..進出工作場所都有門禁安檢..只有中午休息和下午20分和下班..其它時間都禁止走出安檢門之外 點名安檢花了太多時間..前後加起來花了十多分..所以下午休息的20分..只有5-7分鐘多..跟吃完飯一樣..要提前進去刷點名 下班托很久..常常到點下班卻被要求去做5S..加上點名安檢..時常托了快半小時才放行(變成常態 裡頭幾乎都是女性主管 帶你工作的都是,很多很情緒化 加班自由 晚上加班分2小時和4小時的.. 假日(這裡的假日是指平日做滿5天,第6天上班才算休假加班,不然只會領平日的薪水)加班(人力時薪175元)前2 235 後2 292元 但加班不提供免費便當(突破了以往加班有免費便當的台灣日常) 正職員工額外每個月有300元額度可以QR CODE 刷 販賣機的商品(沒用完直接變0) 結論 整個工作時間結構很讓人不習慣 看似很嚴格的安檢..實際感覺是很沒什麼用的 中午和下午的休息..整個被安檢點名吃去了大半..體感休息..1天差不多只有45分鐘(下班常態做5S差不多接近半小時,把你下午休息的20分拿回來..實際上又休不到20分..才讓人傻眼) 管理方面每個正職都不一樣,有點亂..標準不一 工作流程上感覺有些問題,做起來有點卡 到目前為止就這些發現 基本上..走投無路想要找個收入的可以來做 正常沒什麼負擔的,完全不建議來蝦皮 薪水看似比很多物流高..但制度規則讓你傻眼 把自己當外勞..差不多是這樣的感覺 (連正職都對一直在改變做法上有點感冒,一段時間就會改變做法,常讓工作簡單變更複雜化) 希望未來會更好..成長空間還很大
