前幾天來染頭髮,想起來還是感受很不舒服的經歷。 1.請助理洗頭完染頭髮,我疑惑提出不用頭皮隔離?助理原本遲疑要問店長(當天服務的設計師),卻忽然自行拿個容器上一下頭髮抓抓,就開始染。一般頭皮隔離是要把每段髮線撥開上隔離,但這是頭皮隔離程序?染色過程刺刺感,問哪裡不適就稍微噴灑該處。 ???還有最惱人的是➡️➡️➡️染剪完,妳周遭朋友會驚訝回妳一句「妳有染髮❓❓❓」 2.價錢~明明在臉書先詢價還再次確認染剪都不分長短的價錢才會預約,結果現場說法是小編沒看到有染剪兩個字,說以為只有問剪⋯就算有小編這人物看錯,那還是妳店上回覆的內部問題。 對,我後來是付了中長髮打95折+剪髮價離開。因為再怎麼論點表示這答覆不合理也沒用。店長會一直強調染髮前也同意是屬中長髮價,所以只能打95折可以嗎。我說不能接受就會又回染前妳也同意這個價的or文字讓小編看到只有問剪髮價。如果真認為抱歉讓客人感受不好,就不會只捨得95折的沒誠意且過分。客人在意的是花了錢卻沒有實質的價值,好嗎?真的有重視顧客,即使是新客? 都來染頭髮怎會在意做不做頭皮隔離需不需加價,問題是妳們完全沒有提過(我是當下染髮想起有頭皮隔離嗎 問的),護髮是店家說不用,不是客人不做,而且來換造型就是要變好看,誰會為那一點折扣。 我錯在現場講消費價格當下忘記有FB發問紀錄,是店長去忙別的客人才想到翻出來看。順道一提我是來給助理染髮和吹頭髮的吧,店長只剪了、偶爾來染一下、洗掉染劑的那次頭髮、吹頭髮一下,就去服務隔壁主顧。 3.染後沒有護髮,說因為髮質不算差,就不護,這個我是第一次聽聞。然後說提供活動是下次洗髮享免費任選護髮療程,我是不明白為什麼不讓我當天護個基本也好。只在吹完頭髮抹上髮油之類吧,說韓國的喲⋯但這終究不是染後的護髮啊!! 4. 我還擔心影響店上其他客人,客氣的翻紀錄給對方看。當時也不知道為什麼要接受拿我手機去問『老闆』,這對話記錄messenger就彼此有,手機就這樣離開我好長一刻。 5.終於熬到自己清洗頭髮,目前耳上的頭皮仍然有刺刺灼熱感。染燙頭髮無數次,第一回要擔心髮質受損與頭皮受傷?️
