難吃到忘記來過又中雷一次，不過看來評分有正常點

也許是湯頭口味有調整過
覺得味道比過去還要入味些
吃起來十分清爽，也不會太油膩
（若是重口味的人也許會覺得太清淡）
麵條的部分，手工粗麵條的嚼勁是我的愛！
尤其是很推滷味，口感、味道及鹹度適中
總是會讓我點一大盤帶回家

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯與麵的味道很淡，油也很少，應該是沒有特別加調味料，完全是吃食材的天然味，而份量不會給得太多，根本就是在吃健康餐。牛肉與麵咀嚼起來很彈牙，吃起來很有樂趣。店內辣椒的味道也很淡，加到麵裡會增加少許風味，而不會讓麵變得超辣又超鹹。
