★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was shopping for a Mother’s Day present and the SKM Longchamp shop staff, ELLA, was very helpful, patient and cheerful.
With her assistance I quickly chose a bag and Ella was able to organize a new one to be sent to the Taichung store the following day. She even helped me write & attach a small Happy Mother’s Day card on the bag before I picked up the bag. Thank you, Ella!
I noticed in other reviews that some people had bad experiences with the service at SKM Longchamp. I suggest you ask for “ELLA” as she was very nice and easy to deal with.
