第一次來這家 才剛進門誰會知道這裡只不賣黑色包款 誰會知道包款都是7折?店員根本也沒說!只是問一下有沒有黑色!店員直接用嗆的!態度超級差!也不是非黑色不買就是問一下!直接用嗆的!這家態度真的不敢恭維!這個男性店員感覺吃炸藥!如果不想受氣就別進去了!一顆星都不想給!

看到評論真的覺得原來不是只有我覺得這家銷售員的訓練真的很不到位 回答客人的語氣極度不耐跟尖酸刻薄 問一位小姐 包包的顏色還有別的嗎? 就說只有架上 不然就到正櫃買 一開始覺得合理 但當我再問別款包的顏色 竟不耐的回說 你到底要什麼顏色 一直問還有什麼顏色 又再次強調如果沒有就去正櫃買 做為消費者 問包包的款式顏色等訊息這種小事都如此不耐 很難想像這樣還能賣什麼更高端的產品給我 想買東西的感覺完全被此服務態度打消了 最後到溫慶珠買更有型更好看的包 真要感謝這些不專業的銷售員

完全能理解為什麼上面的人幾乎都是留一顆星? 一開始進店裡時有位小姐為我們服務 我們先隨意走走看了一下小羊皮的包 店員詢問要看的包款 表達想看小款的包 店員表示只有尼龍款才有小款的包 我們就走去尼龍區 店員接著問有想要找什麼顏色嗎 回答想看淺色系 例如米白色系 現場只有看到比較深色不符合我們的包款 但沒有覺得不行 只是偏愛米白色系 便回答只有專櫃有 目前就是季節色系 因此我們就討論是否要購買不是喜歡的色系包款 討論到最後想說要看看某個色系 就詢問是否可以看 然後才說小號的包款只有三個顏色 ??? 我以為這件事應該在我們看的時候就可以順帶提一下? 可能店員覺得我們並不會成交吧 一直緊迫盯人 並且開始咄咄逼人 打斷我們的詢問就算了 還甚至問我們說 還有要看什麼嗎? 言下之意是否是讓我們可以直接走人不要再麻煩他們了呢? 希望店員可以學會禮貌技能再出來工作☺️ 這樣的服務態度真的是讓人覺得不值得消費呢☺️ 哦順帶一提 後來到別的賣場買了一樣的包款 還比較便宜哦?
