★ ★ ★ ★ ★ charges money through a private parking management, yet the area offers very little of anything. the building itself houses a glass enclosed viewing room with somewhat damaged monoculars, but you'd have to walk quite a bit to get to the edge of the shore, extending the need for parking fees. the building seemed like a waste of money and potential. you can barely see any birds during a warm day, only saw a few ducks and cranes. there could have been more effort to make it worthwhile, but as is it's mostly a skip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With free entry this is a great place to visit. One may use the free binoculars to view the local wildlife (water birds). There is a sign that there is a gift shop, but there isn't. In this center one can see the exhibits about the local birds and the signs are in both English and Chinese. It is a bit of a walk to get to the visitor center from the parking lot, but it is wheelchair accessible as it is paved. The parking is free for scooters and paid by the hour for cars.
