Great camping area. Specially considering the distance to train station and the beach. Includes a lot of amenities.

Taiwan Disc Golf Championship

No laundry area or nearby restaurant. minimal provisions at the onsite shop. Good, clean bathrooms and showers with 24hr hot water. No tokens needed. Picturesque site and close to beach. Very busy main road close by with a constant convoy of trucks rocking past. No obvious electric hookups. Breakfasts are available and a small coffee takeaway open until 5pm.

Great place for roughing it on the weekends. 100% family oriented spot.

Clean camp grounds. Lots of trees Sites range in price (1685nt for 2 tents for 2 nights). If you are a foreigner it is better to ask a Taiwanese person to help you book as my Taiwanese friend found the booking complicated. You can choose sheltered camp site or open. Reasonably priced. It has electricity on most sites. You can rent tents (200nt) but you set it up yourself. Some tents are in need of repairs so check it when you get to your site before you set up. Picnic benches are scattered around on most sites. YOU CANNOT HAVE A CHARCOAL FIRE IN THE GROUNDS-GAS ONLY. They rent out gas camp stoves (125nt) with gas bottles (50nt). There are large sheltered areas for group gatherings with picnic benches or rainy weather. Toilets newly renovated and cleaned regularly. Garbage collection 2 times per day or take it to the trash cans. Only cold water for washing dishes. Swimming pool was under maintenance when we were there (extra charge to use it). Fulong beach is walking distance. 7/11 and various restaurants are walking distance. Loads of water activities (kayaking, surfing, paddle boards, scuba diving, cycling, hiking, historical coal mine(free) - external companies, or just good old swim in the ocean). Fulong does not have grocery store so bring your own food or eat out- most food is good.
