J	J.David Hwang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an over 80 years building which was converted to this famous restaurant by several food lovers. The first floor has both Gelato and take out as well as waiting area. The second floor is the restaurant with a brick oven in the corner. The building is well kept and maintained. Thus you can have your food while your mind is in good old days. The vegetable soup is made of fresh ingredients and cooked well to bring out all nice flavor of fresh vegetables. The vegetable dish is a symphony of zucchini, pumpkin with beans. The zucchini pizza is a masterpiece of our meal. With a house white wine, the zucchini pizza would bring the sweetness of thin slice, fresh cooked zucchini.

The seafood ravioli was excellent, but the six pieces served was only enough for a child. The lamb was not very good at all, servers on a pile of what tasted like French fry ends and tartar sauce.

We had a nice meal here with locally (well, Taipei) produced mozzarella, lamb, duck pasta and a squid ink risotto. The apple pie we had for dessert was a bit underwhelming. Well worth a visit if you're in the area. It's highly recommended to book a table, as you might not get a seat otherwise. They also have pretty decent gelato, although the flavours are somewhat odd. Cool looking place with funky decor makes for a nice vibe as well.

J	Jessica Chiu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is great indeed but the reservation experience couldn’t be worse (called 15 times at different days and different hours but the line is forever busy; waited 90 minutes to get a seat even when we arrived just as the restaurant opens) Anyone who ever wants to eat here at weekends should either manage the reservation or manage their expectations for the long wait
A	Alonis Novak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food and unique atmosphere. Unfortunately I arrived at 2:08 pm and the restaurant closes at 2:30. When I was seated at the table (2:13 pm) the waiter would not let me order main courses as it was after the cutoff time of 2:10 pm. The appetizers and pastas were delightful. Additionally the ginger ale soda was the best I've had. The only thing that deminished the experience was that the wait staff didn't seem too friendly and were pressuring me to order and finish which left me not feeling very welcomed. Clearly, this is quite the popular place for for than meals. Just wish the service was a bit more accommodating.

The reason is this time I went with 4 other friends, so we got to order variety of food and share together. Otherwise the portion for some of the food can be very small and quite pricey if you order for 2 people. But they pretty much nailed the taste of every plate. Fresh materials, well balanced flavors, and cooked perfectly??. Reservation is needed cause it’s very crowded even on weekdays.
