我知道護理人員都很辛苦 醫生也很用心的開刀 但貴醫院規定陪同者外出超過一小時 需要自費快篩,而不是免費快篩 營利用意非常明顯 且護理長電話中語帶威脅 說我外出已經超過一個小時 必須自費快篩,快篩結果明日中午才會出來 告訴我今日無法再次陪同入院(口氣非常肯定) 除非更換其他家屬快篩,方可進入 結果我當然自費快篩 報告結果一個小時就出來了 上網查規則也是快篩陰性就可再次進入 並非對方警告的今日無法入院 不懂這種恐嚇的語氣用意在哪? 態度真的很不ok 不能仗著自己職位大 就用這種語氣對待家屬吧?

看完醫生準備去使用自動化機器付錢時,發現故障無法使用,於是到櫃檯付款。結果付完款一轉身,櫃檯人員馬上以不悅的口氣廣播:請使用機器繳費減少資源浪費(三次)。可能只是一般流程或公開消息給大家參考,但當下那個態度跟口氣我是感覺蠻不舒服的。搞得很像是我硬要去霸佔櫃檯浪費時間。 而且當時人很少,外加機器故障才選擇去櫃檯付款(重點)。但櫃檯人員在不知道機器壞掉的情況下,直接以主觀意識覺得在浪費人資。 能理解醫院工作繁重,時間也需要緊湊安排提高效率,但這不代表可以把病人當出氣筒,或是病人有一點妨礙到你們工作效率就擺臉色。 如果今天是因為違反流程被罵那就算了,但今天是按照正常程序走,中間還是因為醫院機器出問題,才選擇以人工付款方式。而工作人員也不先嘗試溝通或當下提醒了解情況,就擺態度處理,感覺超差的。 評分滿分五星,醫院服務給一星,但打掃阿姨親切度我給5星。

It was like I was wasting my time trying to occupy the counter. And there were very few people at that time, and the machine was faulty before choosing to pay at the counter (key point). However, the counter staff felt that they were wasting human resources subjectively without knowing that the machine was broken. I can understand that the hospital has a heavy workload, and the time needs to be compactly arranged to improve efficiency, but this does not mean that the patient can be used as a punching bag, or that the patient will show a face when it hinders your work efficiency. If you were scolded for violating the procedure today, that’s fine, but today we followed the normal procedure, and we chose to pay manually because of a problem with the hospital machine. And the staff didn't try to communicate or immediately reminded to understand the situation. The full score is 5 stars, the hospital service is 1 star, but the friendliness of the cleaning auntie is 5 stars.

5/25更新 謝謝醫院社工了解原因並與我們溝通 謝謝護理長協助 謝謝5/24大夜護理師 嬰兒症狀改善,中午也住院了 我們沒有要譴責檢傷護理師也許她只是累了 只是希望加強檢傷相關知識 未來再也不要有相同情形發生 那會非常令人傷心 再次謝謝幫助我們的團隊 5/24 晚 今天原本以為貴院能正常處理一位已出現喘鳴音吸不到氣的11個月嬰兒,很可惜整個過程悲傷又失望 只想請5/24 白班檢傷護理師 熟記檢傷分級制度,不是所有病人到急診就是等,我們也知道很多人,我們更明白急診分級制度,但是我們手上是一位不滿一歲小孩,已呼吸困難,喘鳴音非常清楚,雖然很主觀但看著妳冷眼說就是要等啊急診就是要等,深深覺得妳沒熱忱沒想為病患服務只想找一份工作,麻煩妳不要在那個位置掛那個名字拉低護理人員的素質,最後急診醫生都認為要去加護病房的判斷,妳在開頭檢傷還認為就是要等,請問是妳專業知識不足還是急診醫師小題大作? 也許妳沒有小孩,也許妳的小孩身體健康,讓妳不用體驗這些不合理的對待,那希望妳未來能不要遇見和我們一樣的情況!那會使妳因為今日感到羞愧 也許忙碌忘了微笑 也許忙碌忘了當初的熱忱 也許忙碌忘了是病猶親 我們不在乎妳的嘴臉多臭 我們不在乎妳的態度多不耐煩 我們不在乎妳對病人多隨意 但病人安全與輕重緩急是不能被專業的護理師忘記的

Entrance staff or security has really bad attitude. Regardless of what I am there for, your tone and vague directions lead me to another hospital next door. Great job on pushing away people from your facilities.
