About Louisa Coffee 路易莎咖啡-高雄文化店
因一句“懂得喝義式咖啡才是行家”創辦人黃銘賢初嚐Espresso，強烈風味震撼了味蕾，定下做杯好咖啡的決心。堅持手工烘豆、細細翻動、控制火侯，尋找甜蜜點讓咖啡豆完美釋放風味，歷經四年研發出經典配方，以義大利女神Louisa為名，守護讓所有咖啡愛好者喝杯好咖啡的信念，堅定對精品咖啡文化的熱情，並於2006年創立第一間門市，開啟路易莎精品咖啡連鎖品牌的世界藍圖。

2007年05月 第1間門市開幕 – 民生創始門市
2012年01月 正式對外開放加盟，全台門市共計20間
2014年07月 引進全台第一部DIEDRICH 50KG頂級烘豆機
2015年05月 第100間連鎖門市開幕 – 天母門市
2015年06月 中央烘豆廠設立
2015年08月 第1間烘豆廠概念門市開幕 – 精品烘豆廠門市
2016年03月 以精品咖啡館為目標，全面更新品牌識別系統
2016年03月 第200間門市開幕 – 北投明德門市 10個月內開出的100間門市
2016年07月 設立烘豆二廠
2016年08月 引進全亞洲唯一DIEDRICH 140KG頂級烘豆機

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great coffee - the closest to western style coffee and espresso I've found around, and slightly less expensive than the similar brands around. Not much seating space at this location, but there is wifi and incredibly kind baristas, as well as some outdoor seating.
