每一個店員好像都被訓練要態度很差一樣, 每一個都非常差勁? 點了一杯熱咖啡 裡面還有頭髮 爬文看了一下這間店的評價 發現蠻多人留言有頭髮 看來以後要來這間店點咖啡的人 記得最後要說:去頭髮。

點了豬肉起司米堡第一次吃時,飯跟鍋巴一樣硬,重點是還有頭髮,打電話告知店內,店內很有誠意的說願意送一份新的給我,結果等了將近兩小時,送來新的米堡的米終於不硬了,但是整個米堡又濕又油,真是不知道該哭還是該笑。真心建議貴店用心提高餐點品質或是直接歇業算了,這樣浪費食物又破壞消費者對路易莎這個品牌的信任,實在是有夠差勁的。連一顆星的不值得⋯

我第一次評分,決定給一顆星。 我常常去不同的路易莎分店,這家感覺最差 今天因為有事來到這家路易莎 店裡只有我跟另一個客人,我點了冰拿鐵,結果送來熱拿鐵。我想說算了,熱拿鐵也OK,不想造成浪費,但也才兩杯就送錯,太不用心了吧。 臨走前,我把紙杯拿去櫃台回收,並告知送錯,但我表示並不在意,女店員只說了一句「嗯」。 一句道歉有那麼難嗎

原來連鎖咖啡店真的每一家品質都不一樣,這家的路易莎咖啡跟飲料~都好喝!餐點也好吃! 外送的餐點都還是熱的~飲料也都包裝的很好! 相對的公司這邊的文湖店就還好!

今天是以一位求職者的心情撰寫 還記得5年前去面試,禮貌的遞上精心製作的履歷。 那位女店長(或老闆)不正眼看人,態度極差無比??? 她要立即面試 我就在旁邊等待她看完履歷詢問問題。 結果,她指著前面的台階,不屑的說…你~應該站在那裡!(要我站在矮她一階的路上)我傻眼。?? 接下來的口氣、態度,大家也可想而知。(雖然傻眼,但我還是很禮貌的回答所有問題) 這位太太…… 我是不知道你生活遇上什麼不如意的事。 讓妳把情緒發洩在求職者上。 妳在選人,別人也在選妳。 從學生時期打工的餐飲業,到現在出社會當老師,從未遇過如此不舒服的面試。??? 即使是老闆,也要懂得尊重人呀! 您這樣待人,除了難留人材,相信也很難建立友善的工作環境。 再說……我又沒欠妳! 如果真的遇上不開心的事,可以多運動,或尋求專業心理協助。真的沒必要這樣對待陌生人(甚至是有心想來求職的人)。 面試過程,我也決定不管有沒有錄取,都不會去。我要成為客人,讓妳來服務我。 今天說出來,只是突然想到這件奇葩的面試經歷。 說出來跟大家分享:) 看到大家紛紛反應態度不佳,我就放心了? 真的別全怪員工,畢竟有什麼老闆就有什麼樣的工作環境。
