★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are overworking their staff! There are only 3 employees during rush hours. The whole process to get a cup of coffee is more than half hour. The manager is not even on site. It's a company directly run location which should have been managed well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their cake sucks and I am sure their dessearts are completely overpriced! I ordered two pieces of cake to go and realized that they just literally put my cake into a doggybag. My cake looked messy when I got home and the taste was not as good as I had expected. :((

They have a loft with areas designed for people with laptops; plugs are available every seats.
Most cafe with second floor are stuffy and hard for me to stay long, but not this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m surprised by all the negative comments. I’ve been to over 15 Louisa’s around Taipei, Taoyuan, and Yilan and this one is by far the best. I’ve been to over 100 other coffee shops around Taipei. I go to Louisa almost everyday and it’s far better than any coffee shop or even co-working space I’ve been to. Service is always excellent here. Every staff member at this location is awesome!! I hope they get big year end bonuses for the great work they do everyday!
Food and drinks is always reliably good and cheap.
And the setup/atmosphere is excellent.
It makes coming here everyday a pleasure, especially when some days are difficult!
