找錢的時候服務小姐找錯了我提醒他一下而已臉有點臭! 結果送上來的咖啡居然是100度的高溫 喝一口馬上燙嘴這也太誇張了吧⋯⋯來陰的! 下次買咖啡別惹服務生生氣??

板站是直營店吧,總公司不正視這個問題嗎?教育訓練要加強吧,我就是買兩杯煎茶的那位,紅色挑染的完全不會說謝謝、忘記找錢也不會說不好意思欸,取餐的小姐連正眼都不看你一眼,整個消費體驗都好差,我還以為是我太苛薄,原來大家都有一樣的感受啊???,環球要不要考慮不要續約了。

點了一杯拿鐵,手拿時發現飲料杯外部完全沒有擦拭,全是殘留的飲料漬,沾滿雙手,而且拿鐵只裝到八分滿,喝起來好像有摻水的感覺,味道被淡化許多。總之,體驗極差。

線上訂餐,當場到了才接單(抵達到訂餐已經過了起碼15分鐘)要我等5分鐘,結果還把我的單給忘了,比我晚到很多的人都拿到了,去問才開始做,建議老闆不要開線上訂餐了,人手根本忙不過來,還會頻頻出紕漏,連一顆星都不想給

吃過這麼多次路易莎,第一次吃到這麼難吃的鮪魚貝果,不知道是哪裡出了問題,整個咬下去麵包體沒彈性、內餡比例也很怪…而且生菜好像沒瀝乾,跟麵包相接的部分被水浸的有點爛掉…整個貝果是冷的,我以為麵包至少要加熱過?總之…完全只有難吃兩個字。不知道是早餐時段人多所以做餐失誤,還是這家真的特別難吃⋯⋯飲食控制人難得想吃個碳水,沒想到在連鎖店踩到大雷?真的超級傷心?

去了兩次。第一次也是態度頗差,但想說算了,可能很早大家都很累。 我毫不思考就點了我每天喝的品項,店員的態度真的很差(兩次都是同一位)。 我點A,店員問我要不要換點B,我說沒關係就A(因為我平常都點A習慣了)。 然後店員盯著收銀機不講話大概五到十秒… 接著她開始處理網路訂餐(這時我都還沒結帳) 然後講了一句話(應該是說叫我到隔壁收銀台但很小聲我真的沒聽到) 然後我就看著她突然走到隔壁收銀機 我只能跟著過去然後我問她:是改在這裡點餐嗎? 她說:對,隔壁當機。 整個過程其實蠻不舒服,是因為我換燕麥奶嗎?讓她操作很麻煩嗎? 知道服務業都很辛苦,可是我也不是奧客也沒要求什麼特殊服務,如果我點的品項不方便換燕麥奶可以直接告訴我,不知道為何要這樣對待客人。 只是人與人基本的互動與尊重。
