也不先告知，原本美好的心情都被打壞
 Originally, it was only on the first floor to bring pets for indoor use. I felt discriminated against and then changed to take-out. It costs money to take out plastic bags.
Don't tell me first, the original good mood has been ruined

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Louisa, and this branch is generally up to the standards of the chain, deserving four stars. Unfortunately the fast electronic dance music really ruins the effort to relax in the second floor seating area. I generally end up going to a place much further from my house. A plea to the manager: change the music to something more relaxing and I'll change my review and come more often. Edit: the music has definitely improved :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was happy to see a Louisa open up in this area as a to-go coffee chain option that was not McD or a convenience store. As to be expected, service was slow when it first opened, but it’s been a couple months and everything seems to be running smoothly. The staff are patient and consistent with the food orders and coffee. It does seem that cakes are not a popular order in this area, so the dessert bar looks a little aged and sparse compared to other Louisa locations. They do actually warm up the Lemon Frosting Cake, which the Louisa nearest to my home doesn’t do...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just like many of the new openings, the staffs aren't trained well so goes down the customer service. Upon walking in it has only one small table (occupied) so I asked are there any seats upstairs? Counter sales says she doesn't know and told me maybe no seats available and yet still wanted me to order first; I responded what if there isn't any seat then what..... anyway I went up and there were plenty of space. Ordered cappuccino and Australia flat-white. Drinks are okay, but their customer service isn't. Wi-Fi available and expect lots of students hagging in this place.
