09:59點了 飲料+一份餐點,上樓不到2分鐘震動器通知我可以下樓取餐,結果只有飲料好而已…店員請我上樓再次等待震動器通知。
結果20分鐘後再次下樓詢問餐點是否做好了,才發現原來我的餐點已經做好曬在一邊,而且也涼掉了,以下對話
店員:不好意思剛剛有點忙,這是您的餐點
我:好,請問那為什麼震動器沒有通知
店員:不好意思剛剛真的人很多,還是我退你錢

想請問貴司主管,那我方便點100個瑪芬堡,因為做太慢了,請退我錢來處理嗎?

說要座位一樓滿才能開二樓
1.一樓位子鄰近,建議疫情期間
還是開放寬敞二樓 座位較有保持距離
2.充電位子滿了建議就開二樓
畢竟來luisa的一半以上都是有充電或是看書需求的客人
希望能更貼近消費者需求
而不是為了省一點點電

業主的回應(再扣一顆星),是要表達,客戶該對店員和藹可親?還是?另外我去的時候,櫃台沒有其他客人,我看到的是我“等”著點餐,然後就無表情的小姐說“QR code 刷了嗎?,給我看”,給他看完後,也沒問我要點啥,也沒介紹..
剛去趴其他人的文章,發現我不是第一個這樣感受,還有一位也說業主的回應,很認真回覆,但對負評,有點.....原來員工的態度就是從老闆來的...
再次看到業主的回覆,這家根本是不以客為尊,客戶給的意見是要讓這一家店更好,但業主自認的幽默回覆,無聊,且感覺再取笑客戶,真是莫名奇妙,既然不接受,你應該也不缺我這一個客戶,所以祝您店,生意興隆。
