一樓是蔦屋書店,空間分成書架區和用餐區,餐點、咖啡都很不錯,空間相當舒適,書籍的狀況不錯,二樓是Louisa 露易莎咖啡,兩邊的書不能混著看,雖然座位蠻多但常常客滿,廁所在二樓。整體來說體驗蠻不錯的。

今天來到實體店面,結帳後店員告訴我卡機當機了,暫時沒有查詢到我的交易紀錄,不過我很確信我有成功的交易紀錄並有秀出給店員看,然後卻要求我打電話給line pay抑或是我的簽帳金融卡公司詢問是否有這筆交易。 結果我詢問過後確定有這筆交易紀錄,再跟店員反應,給我的答覆是他們會再與主管確認,過了約莫十分鐘後告訴我他們真的沒有找到交易紀錄,於是乎要求我再支付一次款項並且要求我留下個資,等到日後與line pay公司對帳後,確認如果真的有款項會再取消交易並退款給我,我就以現金支付了第二次款項。 然而我在過了約莫20分鐘後接到了來自店家主管的電話,並且親自與我碰面並詢問款項事宜,結果第一句話是問我說他得到的資訊是"他們以為有兩筆重複扣款的line pay交易紀錄卻只有查到一筆",聽完我很傻眼,我與店員的對話完全沒有出現重複扣款的字句,就算是我第二筆支付我也用現金支付,怎麼可能會有第二筆line pay交易,於是乎我嚴重的疑惑,到底你們在交待事項的時候是否有溝通上的缺失?? 經理拍下了我的line pay交易紀錄條碼後說會幫我處理款項退款,事件就此結束。 我的問題是 1.你們既然有能力可以看到後台的line pay交易紀錄,為何不是先確認真的完全無紀錄再要求顧客支付第二次款項?? 2.店員與經理的溝通是否有一些資訊不對等的情況發生? 從查不到紀錄變成以為重複扣款,兩則事件差距極大,讓顧客有點無所適從。 對於機器臨時故障任何人都能體諒,目前也的確收到退款的資訊,但整個消費過程中第一次讓我感受到極大的麻煩,要不是line pay的客服人員仍然有告知我成功付款,當下我還真的不知道該怎麼辦,以及顧客已經提出了交易證明卻得要被要求再度確認及再次付款,並且不同人告知的訊息完全不同,這個真的讓消費者非常的困擾。 只希望後續這樣的事件不要再發生了。
