真的很抱歉，目前試營運期間營業時間為AM8:00-PM19:00，假日為AM8:00-PM18:00

第一，真的很抱歉，給了妳不好的購物經驗，服務人員的部分，我們會在加強教育訓練。
第二，關於飲品的部分，錫蘭紅茶一直以來都是沒有辦法升級成奶茶或鮮奶茶，在菜單上面也有清楚的標示，只有品項前有標示圓點的才可升級，這個部分我們未來也會對人員加強對於餐品熟悉度的訓練，謝謝。
