★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本想致電士林前港店反應店員將手掌直接握在杯蓋上，碰觸到杯口，對於目前疫情，總覺得不妥，但電話響了十幾聲，沒人接，所以想說在此反應，不過看到3.4星的評價，嚇了一跳，這麼大的連鎖品牌，為何會有未滿4個星的評價，好奇看了一下評論的內容，對於服務品質方面也是身有同感，不過，卻也看到店家未有任何回應，可想重視的程度～哎

Repeated order 3x wrong (2 types coffee). Had to wait forever. AND he overcharged.
