★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees seem to have a great attitude and have gone out of their way to assist me in ordering. I find the lattes and other milky drinks to be perfect, but might add sugar,-- so make your requests to be known. I don't want to knock Starbucks, but as a tourist visiting for week, it worked out well for me with easy access WIFI,--Starbucks needs to understand this.

I ordered my coffee and then they took it upstairs when ready, no need to wait at the cashier for it.
The coffee was great, just like any other Louisa Coffee. I was able to charge my phone and hang around for a while
