★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天點了一杯小農經典拿鐵看到門市人員做我那杯拿鐵時使用的是光泉牛奶 本來想那杯應該不是我的吧 一直看著那杯直到她拿到我手上 蠻傻眼的 什麼時候光泉算是小農牛奶了？而且 奶泡有夠厚溫度非常燙口 明顯奶泡打過頭 完全沒有奶香味 牛奶甜味也散失 算是一杯蠻糟糕的咖啡
點小農拿鐵用的不是小農牛奶⋯算是欺騙消費者吧？
I ordered a small farmer's classic latte today and saw that the store staff used Guangquan milk when making my latte. I thought it wasn't mine. I kept looking at it until she got it in my hand. When is Guangquan considered a small farmer's milk? Moreover, the milk froth is thick enough and the temperature is very hot. It is obvious that the milk froth is overcooked. There is no milk fragrance at all, and the sweetness of the milk is also lost. It is a very bad cup of coffee.
It's not small farmers milk when ordering small farmers latte... Is it deceiving consumers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/5下午消費。說發票存載具，結果掃了二次條碼還是印出來。店裡只有一個人煮咖啡兼結帳，一杯咖啡等很久。最後奶泡還沒打好，澳洲小拿鐵喝起來比便利商店的全自動咖啡機還差。希望能改善品質。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點了風味拿鐵 黑糖口味 去冰無糖；點餐人員態度很好，再三確認餐點之後，拿到一喝發現卻是正常冰塊?，冰塊多到不行，請給餐的人更正，他只拿去把冰塊撈掉，再重新封膜，覺得有點傻眼，直接少1/4杯，原來買了$25的冰塊阿。既然是服務業，我們也不是奧客，服務態度應該要加強員工訓練⋯⋯
