★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 已經不是一次做錯餐點了，拿發生在我身上的兩件事來說（不同天）
一直以來都是點小農經典拿鐵，結果給我抹茶拿鐵（不確定是不是抹茶因為從沒點過）拿下去告知店員，店員告訴我就是小農經典沒錯？我那時候還以為是自己記錯小農經典的味道了⋯⋯
今天我點小農經典拿鐵大杯去冰無糖+豬肉起司米堡，因為有黑卡大9折收135$，但送來的是小農經典拿鐵中杯熱的，我也是馬上反應，店員告知我不小心幫我點到中杯了，但我怎麼算還是覺得價格明明就是大杯的價位啊？但因為每次都是用載具，明細不會馬上出來所以也只能自己吃鱉…
今天載具出來了也確實是幫我點大杯冰的喔⋯⋯傻眼到不行⋯⋯

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯那幾個服務人員態度都很差，每次去都愛理不理的。已經不是第一次拿到烤焦的餐點了...包在紙袋裡都沒發現，很想請問出餐的工作人員都沒看到自己把麵包烤焦了嗎？這樣還出給客人吃...覺得自己也是louisa的鐵粉，可是這真的不是第一次了，覺得很誇張，烤焦了就重新做一份很難嗎，包在紙裡面客人都快吃完才看到....很傷心?
 The attitude of the service staff at the counter is very poor, and they ignore it every time I go. It's not the first time I've gotten a charred meal... I didn't find it in the paper bag. I really want to ask if the staff who served the meal didn't even see that they charred the bread? This is also served to the guests... I feel that I am also an iron fan of louisa, but this is really not the first time. I think it is exaggerated. Is it difficult to make a new one after it is burnt, and the guests will be fast when it is wrapped in paper. I saw it after eating.... very sad ?

The morning shift female clerk is friendly and kind.

Very good breakfast place, delicious bagels, sandwiches and omelettes plus good coffee, worth recommending!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ?第一次來到這裡，和朋友們吃完老四川之後再走過來這裡喝咖啡。
路易莎是一間很棒的咖啡店，咖啡平價，店面整體裝潢非常乾淨明亮，而且場地寬闊，難怪可以在全台各地都開分店。
咖啡價格也沒有像星巴克這麼貴，而且裡面還有插座可以充電，算是一間平價有質感的好店。
一位手上有刺青的可愛妹妹，服務態度親切，感覺店內的人潮不少，開店都不容易，長期經營更不簡單。
希望大家生意興隆，財源滾滾?。
? Came here for the first time, and after eating old Sichuan with friends, come here for coffee.
Louisa is a great coffee shop, coffee is cheap, the overall decoration of the shop is very clean and bright, and the venue is spacious, no wonder it can open branches all over Taiwan.
The price of coffee is not as expensive as Starbucks, and there are sockets in it for charging. It is a good store with a good quality at a reasonable price.
A cute sister with tattoos on her hands, with a friendly attitude, feels that there are a lot of people in the store, it is not easy to open a store, and long-term operation is even more difficult.
I hope everyone’s business is prosperous and financial resources are rolling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 專程跑去用餐，整個肉體有一半都是筋，想硬吞都沒有辦法，整間店的音樂跟櫃台服務人員都須加強，之前是常客，現在已經沒有去的意願了
I made a special trip to dine. Half of my whole body is made of tendons. I can’t do anything if I want to swallow it hard. The music and the counter staff in the whole store must be strengthened. I used to be a regular customer, but now I don’t have the will to go.
