★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow and very unfriendly service. It took them 15! minutes to put a cake on a plate which was readily available behind the display glass. I asked them politely after 10minutes waiting to just put in a plate and that's it... But they told me to wait... Not to mention that it took 5mins just to take the order. Please train your staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service! Today at 11:05 I placed my order! I was waiting until 11:30 and that girl who was working today didn’t complete my order! I almost missed my bus! I had to cancel my order and run to the bus stations. Poor stuff service! Clerks can’t speak any English, even just a little bit! So I had to wait 5 more minutes to cancel my order, because that girl just ignored me! Hope you will train better your clerks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and comfortable Louisa coffee branch. During the weekend it is quite relaxed and a good option to recharge your batteries. Weekdays, especially during lunch hours it gets very crowded (naturally). Staff was friendly to me.
