About LOUISA COFFEE路易莎咖啡台南新光店
因一句“懂得喝義式咖啡才是行家”創辦人黃銘賢初嚐Espresso，強烈風味震撼了味蕾，定下做杯好咖啡的決心。堅持手工烘豆、細細翻動、控制火侯，尋找甜蜜點讓咖啡豆完美釋放風味，歷經四年研發出經典配方，以義大利女神Louisa為名，守護讓所有咖啡愛好者喝杯好咖啡的信念，堅定對精品咖啡文化的熱情，並於2006年創立第一間門市，開啟路易莎精品咖啡連鎖品牌的世界藍圖。

2007年05月 第1間門市開幕 – 民生創始門市
2012年01月 正式對外開放加盟，全台門市共計20間
2014年07月 引進全台第一部DIEDRICH 50KG頂級烘豆機
2015年05月 第100間連鎖門市開幕 – 天母門市
2015年06月 中央烘豆廠設立
2015年08月 第1間烘豆廠概念門市開幕 – 精品烘豆廠門市
2016年03月 以精品咖啡館為目標，全面更新品牌識別系統
2016年03月 第200間門市開幕 – 北投明德門市 10個月內開出的100間門市
2016年07月 設立烘豆二廠
2016年08月 引進全亞洲唯一DIEDRICH 140KG頂級烘豆機
2017年03月 第1間古宅重建門市開幕 – 北投社直營門市

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員臉不知道在臭什麼，好像欠她很多錢一樣，員工訓練真的要加強，東西給的時候用摔的，叫人的時候都在含滷蛋聽不懂半句，服務業該有的一項都沒有，令人失望的員工水準。

店內座位雖然不多，但是氣氛很舒適，如果只是想找個地方喝杯咖啡休息一下，這裡超級適合。
