★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 教練們風趣、幽默，環境溫馨，還有超可愛的店狗Q（雖然他很兇XDDD)，在這裡可以讓你忘掉所有煩惱，好好享受運動這件事，無論是教練課還是團課，被操到求饒下次都還是乖乖約課（一種被虐的傾向）特感謝Wen讓我這個運動絕緣體，可以持續運動三個年頭，而且還沒打算放棄，開心運動 開心吃
 The coaches are funny, humorous, warm environment, and super cute shop dog Q (although he is fierce XDDD), here you can forget all your worries and enjoy sports, whether it’s coaching class or group class. When I beg for mercy, I’ll still make an appointment next time (a tendency to be abused). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境舒適，更衣間跟浴室都很乾淨。教練跟工作人員都很親切、認真教學、上課的時候也不會感覺很擁擠，推薦教練Kevin.villa教學很細心。很適合新手跟女生上課的地方不知不覺已經上了三個月???
