鹿角海月 Luka Luna B&B

1、官網上有註明住宿不接待寵物，但入住當天實際上有客人帶寵物入住。 2、官網註明廚房和客廳開放至2200，但實際上只開放至中午1100，入住前並未告知客人。 3、早餐要自己調理，食材品質不佳，水果甚至有些已潰爛，用過的餐具要自己清洗。 4、當日承租3間房，一間房窗戶無法開啟，另一間馬桶有問題，整體房間清潔待加強。

ㄧ顆星星是給民宿本身的設計裝潢的，跟頂樓看山海的景觀。我們七人旅遊因為是平日所以沒其他旅客等於包棟，感覺較好。客廳寬敞舒適，但房間清潔有待加強，房號201的浴室很糟糕，有異味而且馬桶抽水有問題⋯⋯餐廳的廚房用具讓人不敢用很髒，冰箱內的食材還過期，不懂這樣怎麼主打早餐DIY？ 最神奇的是兩個女性房務人員（還是一位是老闆娘？），一位態度不親切呢，當天有90歲老人身體不適約下午兩點要先進去客廳休息也不行，以為是還有其他旅客結果沒有⋯⋯一位是退房時反應了餐廳廚具的問題，跟我們答非所問說11點要退房⋯⋯

這一次住的房間是面海的邊間， 景色很美，有獨立的陽台，旁邊也有共用的陽台， 浴缸也大、廁所空間很足夠， 房間的風格非常美，而且超級大， 民宿雖然位在比較山區，但導航非常好找。 不論是晚上睡覺，還是早上醒來， 24小時都可以聽的到蟲鳴鳥叫的自然聲音， 但如果你是害怕昆蟲的人可能就不太適合， 泡澡泡到一半，浴缸理會一直有昆蟲， 房間裡也有蒼蠅、大壁虎等等。 另外民宿沒有提供wifi， 廚房有許多果蠅，廚房環境真的不太好， 客廳也有明顯的潮濕老舊的味道， 早餐提供的牛奶已經過期四天了， 吐司感覺也已經冰了很久。

很少給一顆星，畢竟疫情期間還能堅持營業真的不容易。不過，還是分享經驗給其他旅人參考。 三人房是三張床墊放在地上，其中一張床墊正對著房門，是什麼樣的人睡覺腳正對著門？ 廁所沒有抽風機，窗戶也不能開，除了悶，味道也不易散，都不好意思了? 無限早餐不但是自助，而且是DIY的自助！雖然B&B有時是提供廚房讓旅客使用，不過網站上表示的提供無限早餐，不應該是一顆生蛋、吐司、不新鮮水果和即期豆漿吧？總之，和預期的差很大！ 下次訂房一定要問清楚各項服務的細節，雖然台灣很方便，但旅遊的心情難免受影響。

Amazing place to visit!

I went to Luka Luna with my family and stayed for 1 night because we were having dinner at Sinasera 24. When we went there, we were in a bus because our group had 13 people in it. The bus was not able to get to Luka Luna because of the narrow streets (cars would not be a problem) Because of this, we had to walk about down the road to Luka Luna (fortunately the dog that was next door to Luka Luna was scare of us...a lot of barking...no bite). We had suitcases with wheels but the driveway is scattered rocks so we had to drag our suitcases across the rocks to the door. The owner did greet us down the road and showed us to our room. I didn't feel like she was very warm and receiving (almost felt like she was more matter of fact type of person). When we entered the house, she showed us the kitchen and also our room. The room itself wasn't bad. She informed us that we would have to cook our own breakfast (everything in the kitchen was available to eat) and asked that we cleaned our dishes after were were done cooking (fair enough...kind of like Air BnB). She also asked that we turn off the Air Conditioner and drop off the keys when we left. We went off to dinner and returned about 10pm at night. The first night, we were greeted by a millipede (common for places in Taiwan near nature) which I had to capture it and flush down the toilet. Over-all, the room was clean and we were very comfortable. The next morning we woke up a bit late (about 10am) so I got up to cook breakfast for my kids...One of the problems I found with Luka Luna was that it was "the early bird gets the worm" kind of approach. The night before I checked the fridge and it had many eggs (like a dozen or more). The next morning when I woke up, there were 2 eggs remaining. They should allocate the food per room or something...it's not fair that you pay the same price but other people eat all the food. I made due with what i had and made french toast for my kids because we had 2 eggs and bread...some milk and ovaltine...that's about it...I did make myself some instant oatmeal and fortunately they had some brown sugar there so I could sprinkle it on my kids french toast (no syrup). NO COFFEE and no sugar !!! Coffee should be an absolute given. When we wanted to check out, they did tell us the night before to just turn off the AC and drop the key off at the front desk. There was absolutely nobody around by 11am ! I looked around and didn't see anyone...I did see about 5-6 more millipedes on the floor but no people at all. We turned off the AC, dropped off the key and dragged our luggage across the rocks again and ventured down the road with suitcases in tow. Over-all, it's a comfortable place to stay...It was very clean !!! But don't forget to BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE (and maybe some extra food too in case other people eat all the food). Some people didn't clean their pans and dishes...so...my kids and I did a little extra cleaning for the B&B). Also, people seem to leave the doors open so while you are eating flies were buzzing around...thus they had a fly swatter in the kitchen :( WARNING !!! The water dispenser at the hotel room sprayed out extremely hot water (like 100 C hot). My wife and I felt that it definitely was NOT safe for kids

This was one of our best stays in Taiwan. We stayed here while doing a cycling loop. Arrived totally wet because of the heavy rain but had a super warm welcome from the nicest host Evan! Somewhat more expansive but the rooms, the best kingsize bed, and the host totally are worth of your money. Evan, once again many thanks for everything it was really Nice to meet you and learn more about Taiwan.
